Why can't people just say it how it is? This bloke is simply not a nice individual. In most games you'll see him elbow players, and/or block them with purposeful force. Football is at its best when players play with the ball, and not when their attentions are completely diverted by other players and how to get an unfair advantage.
There is endless holding, pushing, whinging and moaning, appealing and acting, with dissent sprinkled everywhere. The who sport is tainted to buggery, and there should be no sympathy really; the game has turned to shit. There are, though, some decent players and decent people within the game. Sadly they are in a minority, and at the other end of the scale there are some complete and utter cunts and thugs.
Yesterday saw David Luiz being kicked by Rafael. Rafael is no angel, so it serves him right that he got sent of for a kick on Luiz. However, Howard Web is a lot poorer as a referee these days, and it is without question that Luiz elbowed Rafael first, causing the loss of temper. Seeing Luiz pretend to be hurt was pathetic - though hardly surprising in the modern game.
Above you'll see what is arguably a normal state of affairs, with the scene on the pitch replicating a situation that the police normally have to deal with in the street, outside a nightclub. No surprise that David Luiz was involved, after his awful clash where he deliberately floored a stoke player. This time, Terry's role was more of an attempt at stopping violence! Blimey.
The above is a reminder of David Luiz's talents, in case you'd forgotten. Unfortunately he is so blatantly cynical, and we now know that it's not just physically, but with acting skills as well. His joy at fouling another player and then seeing him get sent off is hardly something to be applauded.
