Why are there Christmas lights fitted to random lamposts at roundabouts on the local by-pass (where there are no houses at all) and why do the six roundabouts 'benefit' from them in the quantities of 9-6-0-7-0-0 (west to east)?
Why has Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council paid money for illuminated signs that say "Seasons Greetings" when there should be an apostrophe between the 'n' and the 's' ???
