Of course there was a racist element to the actions of the nine gang members in Rochdale! It is fucking obvious that with the targets for their grooming activities all being young white girls, some sort of decision had been made by them to channel their efforts specifically. To ignore the race and culture of the offenders is quite simply impossible.
However, for weeks we have had twats trying to play down the race element. Racism has no place in society - but nor does the fear of being accused of racism that then drives individuals, organisations and institutions to become paranoid and scared of saying what needs to be said.
One of the arguments I heard was that there are many other gangs which have carried out attacks, and these have not featured asian men; thus, racism is not really a central part of the problem. Which fucking branch of theology, logic or common sense did this little gem spring from? That's such bollocks, it proves the point that people run in fear from any association with racism. Other attacks by other gangs on other people are not quite relevant to the issue at hand! Let's separate the issue in Rochade with the strange 'overview' that's been taken by those worried about dealing with race. Yes, there may well be a problem with gangs of people targeting vulnerable people and/or teenagers. The make-up of the gangs, and the ethnicity, religion or socio-economic backgrounds of the victims are all factors, and so I'm sure there's evidence that every permutation possible can be shown to have some relevance in crimes being committed.
BUT, with regard to the Rochdale gang, and its victims, there was most surely a race element that drove the offenders to single out young white girls. At last, today, I read in the newspaper that Trevor Phillips, the head of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, has said he could not ignore the ethnic differences between the victims and the attackers. Halle-fuckin-lujah for that pearl of the blindingly obvious - but at least he's said it. The police, of course, cannot ever say what's what. This goes from the trivial, where a twat reads out a statement in a way that only a copper can [The assailant is believed to have proceeded in a northerly direction, and jumped into a motorised device with four wheels, said to be the product of a Korean manufacturing organisation by the name of Hyundai . . . etc] to avoiding anything controversial, especially race-related, and putting institutional fingers in institutional ears, and bleating "lah, lah lah".
Jeremy Clarkson got into trouble (again) a week ago for comments about border officials at Heathrow, who are basically useless at acknowledging the need to exercise some sort of common sense, and discrimination, when deciding who might pose a threat to society etc. It is simply a fact that an 80-year-old nun with a walking stick is less of a risk to the nation than a guy in camouflage apparel who looks shifty and is carrying a golf bag that is big enough to contain a bazooka. He reported in his latest column that officials are targeting white people who they suspect of absolutely nothing, simply to bring up the quota, and 'even things up'. This is political correctness and fear of being racist all rolled into one - one pot of stupidity. In the UK, we are now denying the obvious in all areas!
Finally, and very importantly, I am not happy with the use of the term "Asian" because this is a slur on anyone and everyone who might be considered "Asian".
Asia covers 8.7% of the Earth's total surface, and 30% of its land area. 3.9 billion people are Asian! So, how the fuck is it right to use the term "Asian" when describing rapists from Rochdale? Considering 60% of the world's population is in fact "Asian", it is quite ludicrous to include the term "Asian" in reference to the actions of nine cunts who raped girls. Fuck concerns over possible racism, the use of the word "Asian" already marks the authorities, the press and the police as twats, let alone cunts. Reference to "Asian" is pointless, irrelevant, and offensive in the extreme. You might as well be saying black, white, female, male, blonde, human, adult . . . . it's such a stupid term of reference. Get real, society, and call them something that more specifically highlights the relevance of them or their actions. The nine members of the gang are: cunts, criminals, attackers, bastards, and worthy of an electric chair for what they have done. If they are all skewed in their outlooks, or happen to be muslim, then say so. If they have warped views on females, and/or young white girls, then say so. If another group of people with a different background, agenda or perspective acted collectively to abuse, rape or attack anyone, then I'd expect some serious attention, and accurate description of the situation.
If a white Scientologist is a cunt and a rapist, then that is what he is.
If a black Orthodox Christian is a murderer and a cunt, then that is what he is.
If a Catholic priest is an abuser and a cunt, then that is what he is.
If a Protestant hippy is a paedophile, then that is what he is.
If a Muslim is a cunt and a rapist, then that is what he is.
If a Chilean miner is an adulterer, then that is what he is.
If a 1930s and 1940s Fascist is a mad cunt with a moustache, then that is what he is.

Pussy-footing is pointless. Sometimes people 'strectch to' using cultural rather than racial. I am not going to get into the differences, but I will say that it denotes the user as a wimp, still, because the fear of using 'racial' pervades. Let's get a grip. Do not use the word "Asian" when it's got no relevance. A criminal cunt needs castrating or killing - period.
