5.2.14 How Fucked Up Can 'Fucked Up' Get?

There is no limit, it seems, to the extent of this country being fucked up.  Just when we think the fabric of the UK is fucked up, and the institutions and systems are as bad as thy're likely to get, we learn of yet another complete fucking fuck-up that demonstrates there's some way to go before we ever get to squeezing the last dregs out of this fucked-up place.

The UK is up its own arse to the point of incredulity.  I read today that an example of unacceptable behaviour by a policemen has seen him benefit to the tune of cunting fucking £450,000 !

This whole episode sounds like a farce (which it was and is, undoubtedly) but sadly it is true.  A 74-year-old is seen not wearing a seat belt.  Heaven forbid he should be left to get away with such an horrendous crime, so we should applaud the two policemen who gave chase and finally stopped the Range Rover.  This excellent use of time and resources shows just how wonderfully apportioned the resources are, and that despite police having no interest in burglaries or crime in general, there's every effort made to tackle motorists.  I am of course being cunting sarcastic.

Having got the driver to stop, Mike Baillon rushed at the car with his truncheon at the ready, and hit the window fifteen times until it eventually smashed. Meanwhile, his colleague climbed on to the bonnet and kicked in the windscreen.  You might think this is an overreaction, and a frightening level of input to be making while the old man was sitting inside his vehicle; you'd be so fucking right.

The driver was fined £235 for speeding and failing to stop.  At the same time, Police were hit with a compensation claim and had to cough up £20,000 for the damage to the car!  Now there's a court settlement, with Baillon getting £450,000.  What a cunting fucking farce!  All this money comes from taxpayers.  Who the cuntin fuck has sanctioned this payout.  It seems that as the copper walked out of his job, claiming he was constantly ridiculed, he was able to claim compensation.  The leaked video (from the dashboard camera) shows all the events, and PC Baillon was apparently the butt of constant jokes - too fucking right!  Just where does it say that twattish behaviour (that most certainly was out-of-order despite the investigation finding he was not guilty of misconduct) is not only allowed, but grounds to claim hundreds of thousands because the reaction to the stupid actions was rightly highlighting the twattishness?

There is NO fucking responsibility taken by people in the UK any more, and the courts endorse this fucking view.  I am dumbfounded by the CIC.

[Cunts In Charge, if you're wondering]
